009 Outing with the Bimboes

Hey world.
It's been 4 nasty days since I've last blogged. Did you guys miss me? Or missed my entries more? Hohoho. Whatever it is, I'm finally free and down to blogging again! :D
This entry is sooooo last century (Mardiana and Irwin have already blogged about this eons ago, except for that Bimbotic Jade who's still busy going out with her pals) but still, this is for memory's keepsake. So, here I go. :)
So, the day started with me meeting Jade Lee @ Woodlands. As usual, I was early. I'm always the earliest lah, can't blame. HAHAHAHA. :) So, I waited for about 10 minutes before I saw this fine lady in stripes walking towards me, carrying an umbrella and a plastic bag awkwardly. HAHAHA!
Of course, it was Jade. She passed me something that's for Laura. Laurieeee! If you happen to read this, you'll receive an early Christmas gift from Jadey on Monday. So good la you ruhr! :DD
After that we waited awhile for Mard.
Meanwhile we chatted quite a lot. I realize we can really talk a lot! Like we can think of any topics under the sun seas, over the earth, and then really discuss it. We talked about stuff like the Singapore society and few other political matters that aren't convenient to be revealed here. Hoho. Nothing secretive thou :]
@ about 11.30am, we suspected that Mard had overslept. Hence, I sent a message to her. Within minutes, I received a call from her. Indeed she'd overslept and she told us not to wait for her @ Wlands already. Instead, just meet her and Irwin (+ Alym) @ Dhoby Ghaut station straight.
Hookay, off we go then. On the train, we were talking talking talking, with occasional pauses. Haha. There was this lady in front of us and for Goodness sake we can't talk! Then many people were so kiasu that the moment a person got up from his/her seat, he/she snatches for the seat. Such typical Singaporeans. Hoho.
Soon after, we reached DG MRT Station. We waited AGAIN (life is full of waiting, hur?) for the three of them. :) Meanwhile, Jadey was playing around with her shoes that were bought in China. Oh, she went to China (Shanghai) too this hols! So, we'd more topics to talk about wheeeee. Likewise, they'd to do reflections every night too. But THEY DON'T HAVE TO DO THE BLOODY SCRAPBOOK GRRRRRRRR!!! Okay, no more whining :}
Then I received calls from Mard and Irwin, telling us they've reached too. However, we couldn't find them! Hahaha. 'd a hard time tracing looking for them. Hahaha.
FINALLY, we met @ Plaza Sing. Then we wenta buy tix @ The Cathay first while waiting for Alym. Then, we lunched @ Billy Bombers. That was when real madness occurred and all of us laughed our intestines off. Hahahaha! :)
As I didn't have much cash on me, I took hell long to decide what to eat (fyi, the food there's quite costly, like just a single dish and it costs $15+ and that's exclusive of GST and service charge biatch). In the end, Jade and I shared a plate of Cheese Fries (hell cheezy and fattening) and all of us shared 3 scoops Ice Cream.
In total, I spent 10 bucks there. Wheeee that was quite reasonable though, :)
We caught Bolt! Before that Alym and I bought snacks for movie. We bought Nachos. Both of us lied to Jade, Mardiana and Irwin that the cheese is egg yolk (there's another new alternative you can choose from now) and asked them to try it. Guess what?
THEY BELIEVED IT!
HAHAHAHHA. Such fools they're. Mard still said, "No wonder the colour changed, became darker!" HAHAHHAA. :D
Overall, Bolt was a good movie. Especially for dog owners, you'd really feel so warm after watching it, despite sitting in a fully air-conditioned theatre for one and a half hours. Hahaha. Bolt and Rhino the Hamster (ironic yeah?) are darn cuteeee! Of course, not forgetting those pigeons too. Teehee.
Talk about family ties, friendship ties, this movie has pet & owner ties too. HAHA.
After the movie, we walked @ around Orchard, hoping to take a group picture. We walked from The Cathay to uh, Wheelock? Hahaha. Not very far though. But one very unlucky thing happened to me.
I KENNA BIRD SHIT!
Like wtf la! I've never been so unlucky before.
I remember people telling me I'm a darn lucky kid, and I always give my Ahma/Dad good numbers and they struck ToTo/4D, and and I always got spared from scoldings do you realize it?
I am always lucky. But why on Earth would I get a shit splat that day, on that particular street? I think we were on our way to Wheelock that time. Stupid bird, curse you! :(
Nevertheless, my lovely mother cooked Mee Sua for me the next day. She said eating Mee Sua with 2 eggs can rid off any unlucky thang. It's a superstition, so it's up to you if you want to believe it or not. Hahaha :)

Hahaha. :D Yum yum, my lunch was fabulous. :D
After we reached Wheelock, we slacked @ The Coffee Bean and we took photos. Finally. Then I left, :)
